do you have a template letter i could use to update my personal info. i got a current copy of my cr and there is alot of address and some old employers.

You can just say something like this:

Dear Credit Bureau,

The following information is incorrect in the "Personal Information" area of my credit report. Please remove it:

(then list the information you want to dispute)
