Credit repair worker in TEXAS

Someone that works for a credit repair company in Texas sent me an email telling me about verifying with CRA....I accidentally deleted it from my email thinking it was on the form. I can't find it. Please email me again. The persons name may have been Kristy.

There are a bunch of credit repair companies out there. They could probably do the same thing that that company in Texas.

I am unfamiliar with any process for "verification with a CRA." Verification is requested by a debt collector through the DV process under FDCPA 809(b), which the CRAs are not even a party to.
Are you talking about a dispute?

I'm confused. Was it an email from AAACreditGuide? Or do you think that she might be a member here?

I'm just trying to figure out why you are posting that here. I mean it in a nice way, just need more information so that we can possibly help you.

I am a little new to all this so what is the difference between a dispute and a verification. To me a verification is when I ask the credit bureau to verify that the debt is accurate and not necessarily disputing that the debt is inaccurate or incomplete. Could you explain the difference between the two?
