Default Signing up for a Credit Report Service

I am going to sign up for a credit report service so I can start disputing. Do I need to dispute with all three companies individually? or just one? I need to know if I can just get by with paying for equifax, or if I need to pay for all three monthly.

If a TL that you want to dispute is being reported by all 3......then you would need to dispute with all 3 (sometimes they are only reported by one or two CRAs).
It is always best....initially anyway.....to purchase your reports directly from the CRAs. Sometimes you don't get all of the info from the credit monitoring services. Then if you still want to subscribe to a monitoring service......be sure and look into them. Make sure the one you choose lets you pull your reports daily.....and of course get the cheapest you can find. I haven't looked at them in a while but last I saw.....True Credit was one of the cheapest at like $12/mo..
I currently use Credit Secure but I believe you have to have Amex to become a subscriber.....I do really like them and they are like $11/mo.

There was also a thread in here somewhere about different monitoring services.......if I can find it, I will post it for ya.

At one time True Credit had a discount price (that's where I got the $12/mo).....you may want to check around. Sometimes they have promotional discount prices that are kinda hard to find.

I work for a non-profit and we suggest all our clients visit annualcreditreport.com for truly free credit report from one of the big 3. Its nice to see someone else endorsing their stellar consumer services.
