Default Oklahoma PFD Law

I sure could use some help with the law in Oklahoma on pay for delete,I have read the law and I cant make out the jibberish,I just want to know what options I have here in Oklahoma,Thanks

There are no specific laws for pay for delete. It's a simple agreement between creditor and consumer to delete an account on your credit report that they are voluntarily reporting.

Thanks for the answer,but I think there was some confusion I wanted to know if I send a check or money with a letter that basically says "if you cash this check you are accepting the aggrement to be paid in full and removed from my CR". What I was asking is if this is legal in Oklahoma?

Oh ok. I still don't think there are any laws against it or per state, I can't imagine why there would be, but I don't know. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
