Default Credit Bureaus Reporting Differently

My TU report is showing a company reporting a $4,053 balance while on my EQ report the same company is showing a zero balance. Do I have any ground to stand on to get the one with a balance changed? We are hoping to apply for a mortgage in the next week or so and this account is what is really holding us back right now because our scores are good enough for USDA. Please help me!

No, not really. The CRAs each report differently and it doesn't matter to them how or what the other ones report. If it's a negative account, dispute it. Don't try to get the balance to report zero.
