OK, I settled 3 accounts with Bank of America for wayyyyy less than the amount owed. The guy that helped me was really nice. I want to try to get the entire TL removed. He's going to call me Monday. What should I ask him to get this accomplished. What has worked for you guys????

I don't have much experience with this, but I would just politely ask them to remove them. Tell him that it's hurting your credit and that you're really trying to rebuild your credit. Give him a sob story. It might work, but he'll probably say that they can't. Most of them just won't do it. If that's the case, just dispute it.
