How do I dispute 30-120 late reportings

I have a few late reporting’s of 30 day late - 120 day late that were accumulated during a lay off. I am now back on my feet and have already paid and settled all of the delinquent balances. But I still have these negative reporting’s.

What is the first step I should do? Because the 90 day late ect. are reported from the Original Creditor. How do I attack this?

Thanks for quick response I didn't really know what to expect on response time on the forum being that I have never used one before. I have read the introduction to credit repair and came across your suggested sites to obtain your credit score. I currently have an account with a company provided by one of my credit cards called creditinform.com and they all provided the option to obtain all 3 credit scores. Would this company fall under one of the free credit report sites thus giving the creditors 15 extra days to responded.?

No, that is not considered a free report. Be careful with the scores from that site though as they are FAKOs. Real FICO scores can only be obtained from MyFICO or from a mortgage broker or banker. But, when they do it, it's considered a hard inquiry and your scores will temporarily go down.
