 Same debt listed by 3 collection agencies
I have read different answers to my question, I currently have one account listed 3 times with the cra. I disputed the 3 accounts as not mine, my question is, are they in violation for 3 different ca reporting same account. thanks

It sounds to me like it's been sold from collection agency to collection agency a few times. Once a CA gets the debt and is unable to collect on it, they sell it to another one. Unfortunately, I believe it's legal for them to do it and for each one of them to report it. I would still dispute all 3 of them as I doubt any of them will verify it.
