Default I want to hear about Lexington Law

financial history in a nutshell

bankruptcy filed 1/2007
paid judgement 1/2009
few collections due to birth of baby 2009 deductibles copays for c-section
1 late payment on cc 12/09 - over credit limit now but that will be back down by next month

Would Lexington Law be worth it to me?

The (paid) judgement has my name spelled wrong - can I do anything on my own to make it go away? I have a letter from the courthouse saying there is no judgement due to this error

Yes, Lexington Law would absolutely be worth it. It's possible for them to remove all of that stuff. They can tell you more if you call them (it's a free, no obligation consultation) 1-800-220-0084.

Default Lexington Law

I just started with Lexington Law about 2 weeks ago so far they have answered all my questions and keep in great contact will wait and see the results and will post them. I had 8 negative things on equifax, 5 Experian, 5 on Transunion. I'm also doing some of the work myself. I'll post results as things progress.

What do you mean you are doing some of the work yourself? That is probably not a good idea as it could interfere and sabotage their work.

Update: About 60% of the way through my first round of disputes "anxiously awaits".... I requested hard copies of my credit report from Lexington Law and with in a week I received them not only hard copies but via e-mail as well.. Question if an item is removed from one credit report does this apply to the rest of them.

No, all of the CRAs are dealt with individually. They all report separate information. Just because an item was removed from one credit report does not mean it will be removed from another.
