In 2007 filed ch 7 bankruptcy and was discharged. two houses and 1st and 2nd on each. So last month i disputed every negative item on each CRA. Went on the website and i believe i picked not me or this isn't mine. something like that. on of those options.
So far on transunion all came back as verified but one was deleted. Wilshire bank.

That would be good but Bank Of America home loans has assumed collections on this. An account was opened on 4/1/10. although it clearly states in the fine print that our records indicate that in the past you received a discharge of this debt in a bk case. section 524 of the bk code tells us you have no obligation to repay it. on the other hand security agreement allows foreclosure if the requirements are not met. we also need to tell that this communication is from a debt collector.
