Adding Family memebers Tradeline or pay for one?

I was thinking of paying for some trade lines or asking a family member to help me out but have a few questions.

If i ask a family member how can i be sure it WONT affect their credit?

Do they simple call up and give their card or acct my name and SS# and ask to add me?

If I pay a company for a TL do they guarantee its limit isn't 90% used? how is it they don't have like 85 people on the same acct? doesn't that show up that their are sooo many people on the acct?

I am not familiar with the practice of paying for a tradeline. From what I do know about it, it's illegal and unethical and I would stat away. However, having a family member add you as an authorized user is another story. Yes, they just simply call and add you. The company will issue u a card. U can give the card to the family member so that they are reassured u won't use it.

How does it affect their credit? Well-if you don't use the card, it won't affect their credit. Of course, you need to pick someone with stellar credit who pays their stuff on time and keeps their limits low. Since u are now an authorized user on this account, their stellar credit will positively influence your score.

thanks for info, and yep they have GREAT credit and i will not keep the card just so they have added peice oif mind. I have a very good job now for 4 years and have plenty of cash but want credit incase i buy another home in the future or a new car. i am cash for everything now and have a company card for work that will now start to report on my reports i hope.

fyi pay for TL is not illegale, ethic well thats a matter of opinion.
