Default Please help me understand my credit report?

Sorry I am really new to all this stuff and am trying to find out if I have any debt. But I don't quite understand it. Please could someone help? This is in brief what my credit report says. I got this report from annual credit report.com and this is everything that is on it. If this is everything that is on it does that mean it would show all the debt that I have or is annual credit report not a full list of any debt?

OK this is my full credit report. I have taken out private information ie company names etc.

If you want accurate credit report information. I would get my report dirrectly from the 3 main credit breaus. There are lots of services online that are not all that great. Go dirrctely to the 3 credit braeaus and request your report that way. That way you know exactly what your dealing with.
