Default 1 2 punch Question

I am looking at doing a 1 2 punch approach on a bill I have in question on my CR. According to the 1 2 punch post, I send a cmrrr validation letter, and as soon as I know it is signed for, I then dispute the entry on my report in question. Is it okay to do that online, because I have read where it is better to do so on paper instead in other instances. But it seems to me like in this instance that doing the dispute online would be the best way to proceed timeline wise. Is this how I should approach this? Also, I disputed this same entry without asking for a validation using a free copy of my CR. So do I need to wait 45 days from the date of that dispute in order to start it again. I learned most of this after I had already disputed with my free CR. I have since joined Identity Guard and can dispute through them. Also, do I do this with all 3 CBs since it appears on all 3.

Okay, after reading Trishs' post several more times, I now understand a part of what I was asking, the DV letter goes to the CA CMRRR, and then I dispute with all 3 CRAs as soon as I get confirmation of receipt . So that part I now have figured out, all of these acronyms, I had to print the acronym list and keep it at my desk. But the second part is still in question, here it is.

Also, I disputed this same entry(it was verified by CRA) without asking for a validation using a free copy of my CR. So do I need to wait 45 days from the date of that dispute in order to start it again. I learned most of this after I had already disputed with my free CR. I have since joined Identity Guard and can dispute through them.

Yes. You do need to dispute with all 3 if the account appears on all 3. As for waiting the 45 days--u said that it already came back verified, so what would u be waiting for?? Has it already been past the 30 days since u got the original letter from the CA?? If so, u can still ask for validation but they technically don't have to provide it, but I would still try. Or, better yet/-since it has alteady been verified thru the CB, dispute again and ask them for the method of verification and try to dispute it that way. However, I would still attempt to get validation from the CA 1st.
