Default Question about PFD

I'm new to this site and had a question or 2 about using "pay for delete" to eliminate 2 negative items from my credit report. Both negative items are credit cards and both have past delinquencies of 90+days. Neither account is an open account. However, for the past 3 months they have been paid ahead of time and more then the minimum payments. I am curious as to whether a PFD to eliminate these accounts from my report is still an option being that I've begun paying these back. Both accounts are still with the OC and have not been sold to CA's. Not totally sure if the amounts matter but one is $1100 on a $3K limit through GEMoneyPayPal and the other is $1900 on a $5K limit through BofA. Both of these accounts have delinquencies of no more then 2 years old so waiting to have them come off of my report is the absolute last resort for me.

I called regarding the GEPP acount and the associate I talked to told me "they cant change information once they send it to the bureau...yadda yadda yadda." I told him that was incorrect and that they could legally negotiate a PFD with me. He wasnt budging so I got frustrated and got off of the phone. If indeed a PFD if an option, would I be better served just sending a PFD letter to a VP or someone higher up? If not, what other route would allow me to get this removed? I would GREATLY appreciate any advice any of you could give me to get me in the right direction.

Thanks for any input
Chris

According to the contract they sign with the credit b's they can't.however they can not response to a dispute, which after 30 says would be removed.all you can get is a paid in full which is as bad as not paying it.
