What now?

Ok, so I fired off some settlement offers to capital one over a month ago. Typical pay-for-delete letter. Weeeelllll, nothing at all from them, not even a nasty letter telling me to get bent. So, now what? I can't send them a verification demand, as they are the OC, so I don't really know what to do from here. I've already disputed several times with the CRAs and that provided no results. I'm kinda at a loss.

Any suggestions?

Capital One is tough to deal with. They are one of the few I was never able to get off my credit report. I wish I there was some advice I could offer you other than just keep disputing.
