Need help

I HAD two Bad check go to a collection company. certagy had these two accounts and sold to zenith acquisition. either company, never sent me collection letter, now im sending letter to zenith acq....they claim one account is verified and the other was zero out (due to refinance) i never sen them money... im lost what should i do?????:confused:

they are also showing late payments 120 or 4 months past dew???
