Update: The medical billing office called me today and said there was several mistakes with my account and they was going to submit the claims to the insurance companies. She also said she had called the CA and told them to stop collection and to delete it from all 3 CRA. I told her my HR director told me insurance most likely wont pay since its been over 2 years. The HR director also said they just need to write it off since it was all there fault for not getting paid.  |
