Credit report error????????? Can I fix it???

I filed bankruptcy back in 2003. I owned a business. When I filed I owed half of what I borrowed at the bank. The business was included in the bankruptcy. Payments on the business were up to date when I filed and they sold the property right after my bankruptcy was discharged.

On my credit report it states that the account condition was closed (Paid) at the time my bankruptcy was discharged. That was on the Tran union. On Experian it states that the accounts condition was closed but transferred. Then on Experian 8/31/2009 they reported that the condition was Derogatory, pay status was collection/charge off. Plus they list a past due amount. I never received anything from a collection agency???

Can they constantly change the condition and the status when this was discharged in bankruptcy?
