Default Experian Question

Okay, I have gotten back my replies from all three CR's about my old addresses/ The only one that wouldn't remove them was Experian stating that was historical information or used by one of my creditors (meaning an old address). All my current accounts are listed under my current address. This has been so for a few years now. They stated if I tried to dispute again my request would be ignored for thirty days. What do I do next? Wait and dispute again or request to know which creditor is reporting this information?

Yea, I have literally disputed them 15 times or so. They don't care. They will NOT budge. They interpret the law differently and/or don't think they have to abide by it. Experian is the CRA from hell. May God have mercy on their souls for all of the people they have hurt.

Well, it doesn't seem hopeful that Experian will delete these then. Should I wait thirty days and try again with some of them that aren't truly mine? Or should I just start disputing items on my reports?

Wait the 30 days and send a letter stating they must cease and desist reporting this into they send you the creditors information that is missing, and with out the info you can't address the the problem with the creditor.Information that you don't have. And if they can't furnish the info then a subpoena might help to get the info.

Okay thanks, I will try that when the thirty days is over. I am patient so no problem there. Since my other CR reports are updated with personal info, should I go ahead and start disputing some old items with them? Or should I wait on Experian? I started sending letters to the CR's to get my husband's information updated on his reports. Experian sent a letter yesterday stating they could not honor the request because we did not provide personal identification with the request. I am going to send that back to them with a copy of my husband's drivers license..... It's funny the lines they come up with for different reports.

I have a letter of relinquishment from a local hospital and I have sent it to Experian on numerous occasions to try to get them to remove the accounts. (about $7,500) and they refuse to! Should I call? I have certify mailed a copy of the letter from the hospital and still nothing! I don’t get it!? my score is 594 but I know would shoot up drastically once these accounts are removed! Any suggestions how to get these jerks to budge?

Also; update!!

Checked my scores today, since May this is how they have improved

Equifax: 525 Now 652!!!! (127 difference)

Experian: 572 Now 594 (22 difference)

Transunion: 565 Now 611 (46 differnece)

I am sooooooo stoked!!! I’m so close to being able to buy!

My attempts to validate anything with Experian are being completely ignored. Any one have any suggestions?

I have only good accounts reporting on my equifax and maybe 1 or 2 negative on transunion but cant seem to get experian to budge!!! Please, someone help! I've already filed a complain with the BBB because they havent even removed 12 medical collections that were relinqueshed! i sent the signed letter from the hospital like 4 times!!!

Their being nasty with their reporting, and some companies are dropping them as a credit reporting service. It's like they don't care and ignore the fdcp, and the fcc.
