I'm really not sure what you mean by relinqueshed, that they are to remove from your credit reports? Is that something the hospital can send to Experian since you have already disputed it with them? What is their comeback when you do dispute this account with them? I had a collection account that they kept stating was verified but I never got any validation from the collection agency either. I finally had to file a complaint with my AG's office and it came off my report that way.

By relinqueshed i mean that the hospital agreed to remove it completely from my history of ever owing them anything. its called "charity care" as in they eat the expense.

i dont know if they will send something to experian but i will ask. i already have a very official letter from them saying that my obligation to them no longer exists and i have sent that to experian.
i have not had a successful dispute with them. i cannot dispute online because i already have before and experian only allows one dispute per item. and i have sent the request by snail mail and they always say i havent provided enough sufficient verifying evidence.

i already filed a BBB complaint. maybe i'll try AG? whats that?

AG stands for attorney general. What other proof do they want? Can you file a complaint against Experian or a CR? It sounds like they are toughest or stupidest of all the CR's. You might want to find the agency where you can file a complaint against Experian. I really don't know about that....

hmmm..i just dont know what a complaint will do for me... you would think that they would have removed it by now with such an over abundance of information.

They think there above the law, anyway if the hospital says it doesn't have a record. Then send a letter saying until they resolve this they have to cease and desist reporting this until they correct the incorrect reporting,of a tradeline that doesn't.Or you will use all legal means at your disposal. On a dispute you need to wait at least 45 days before you dispute again.
