Default Judgment Removal Guide didnt work. What's the Next Step?

Hi Everyone.

TransUnion refuses to remove 2 judgments. I followed everything exactly. Here's the timeline:

4/22/09: Letter disputing judgments delivered to TU. Dispute rsn: "Inaccurate"
5/14/09: Received TU response. Judgment info updated, not removed.
6/8/09: Procedural request letter delivered to TU.
6/12/09: Received TU response CLEARLY lists the courthouse as the furnisher of information
6/19/09: Letter delivered to TU demanding deletion with copy of letter from courthouse stating they don't verify anything with credit bureaus.
6/26/09: Received TU response. One judgment has updated info; the other judgment verified with no change.

It's almost like they treated the whole thing like a regular dispute and never even read my letters

What's the next step? Intent to sue?

Did you hand write these letters or type them thats one thing I can think of that may have happened? I was actually lucky with TU they are the only ones that deleted my 2 judgements the other 2 have been a huge pain not to mention the courthouse.

Next thing you may want to try would be an FTC complaint, I would file the complaint, make a copy of the complaint and send it again with a copy of the letter from the courthouse demanding deletion. Make it very clear to them that it is NOT a dispute.

This is actually the exact spot I am with my judgements with EX right now.

Default TU responded to dispute public record

Hi.
I've been reading the threads on how to delete satisfied judgment. I did everything in order (dispute this public record was not mine, TU verified was mine, I sent the clerk asking how the CRA verified this public record, the clerk responded they did not provide the verification). I sent the letter to TU stated that they did not proper investigate this dispute. They responded as Verification document not available. They told me that the public record was supplied to them by the creditors. What is my next move? Should i sent the law firm a letter (who sued me) asking them if they report this account to TU? or should I ask the law firm to delete it since it was satisfied.
Thanks
Hope
