Default Next best step?

I have a TL that I have disputed in the past couple months with 2 of the CRA's. It came back verified, I then sent them a DV letter 1, DV letter 2 with no response. Next I filed complaints with the BBB and the OCC. I then disputed with the 3rd CRA and poof its deleted. So I am wondering, I would like to dispute again with the other 2, but dont want to get flagged and dont want to get the already been investigated letter. How should I go about wording this dispute or what can I do so this doesnt happen?
I am closing on a house in 6 weeks and would love to get this off my CR before then so kind of in a time crunch.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I hear what you're saying. It baffles me too how one CRA can delete stuff and others don't. It makes you wonder how and if they verify anything? hey?

I don't know what to tell ya though - I'd still wait it out a bit. (?) But, you could send a letter similar to what you have and maybe mention that it was verified and deleted through another CRA and you're requesting them to validate where they are getting their information from or delete so you can resolve this matter since it is inaccurate.... (some sort of wording like that.)
