Default No results from EQ!!!!!

i never received results back from EQ from my first round of disputes and they still have some TL's that the other 2 deleted, what is my next step of action to first get my results and 2 to get those TL's removed? I'm thinking about just disputing them as incorrect (because they have terms and saying past due) what do you guys think?

How long did you wait? Equifax can be slow sometime. Make sure you wait at least 30-40 days. You definitely do NOT want to send something to them before that time. Doing so extends their investigation and sabotages your efforts entirely.

Chane she had another post this morning where she posted that she had talked to a manager on this dispute. He said they didn't investigate her dispute, and they threw it away.I would think they didn't put any work into resolving the dispute. They didn't give a reason.

What??? He admitted that they threw it away??? WTF? I would get a phone recorder and get him to say that again.

That does seem like a long time and not right!! I don't know EQ's deal is lately!!

But, again I think they can stall a bit, unfortunately yours was bad. I'd try again and keep really good track and if they don't comply - you have rights! (at least I think we do! )

I thought the whole deal with dispute letters was if the OC doesnt validate your account within the 30-40 days it gets removed, isnt that the whole point?? So if "jlyriq" hasnt heard back after 30-40 days, why would he/she want to send another letter? Doesnt the account get deleted at that point?? I may be completely confused, but thought that's how everything worked.
