Default HIPAA Process Question

I have a question about the dispute letter. If I am already sure that the medical accounts are mine, do I still need to send the dispute letter? I'd rather go ahead and send payment to the OC along with the HIPAA letter. Would this be ok or should I go ahead and dispute both bill with the CA first?

Yes, you can send the HIPAA letter with insert a and payment (MO w/restrictive endorsement) without sending the medical dispute letter, however, you would still have to send the "follow up" dispute to the CRA. You might consider sending the medical dispute letter at the same time as the HIPAA letter, or a few days after, as this might get you a faster deletion.

Default Question about Restrictive Endorsement

Just one more question Is it necessary to use a rubber stamp when adding the endorsement to my money orders or can I hand write it? I just wanted to confirm this before I sent off my payments.
