I have some old accounts on my credit report that are over 7 years old most of them have no history or balances, if I request these to be removed will it impact my credit score?

Are they marked as closed and were they in good standing. If they are they do help your credit history,so i would leave them alone.

Yes, if they are positive accts, DO NOT dispute them. This could (and probably will) make your score go down because they are older accts giving you history.

Even if my very oldest acct was a negative TL......I would probably leave it on there. History/the length of time you've had credit makes up a big part of your score.

The accounts in mention have no history or balances associated with them, just the bank name, they are over 9 years old and have been inactive for at least 7 years

Yes, leave them alone. Even though they are inactive, they are not derogatory and they are giving you history.
