Smile Starting a credit repair service/company

Hello Everybody,

First I`d like to say that this forum has been very helpful in gathering some very good information....
I plan to start a credit repair organization, i have done some free credit repair for friends with a lot of succses, still i think the credits i have been working on were very easy and only had a few items that needed to be removed. I`m lookig for anykind of an advice , both on the entire process of cr and legal issues of the business....I m very serious about this, I only want to provide real services and NOT BE another scam company. I will very much appreciate every advice!!!!! I`m located in Chicago, Il.
Question/: are there any legit credit seminars (anywhere in the us), not webinars,books....I mean a real seminar ,with real information, where you can ask a question....?(obviously , im not looking for a free one, will to spend money on a good info)...
THANKS FOR READING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for a response... Guess what, you and me and other people that read this forum are awere that they can repair their credit, however there are millions of people that dont have a slightest idea that there is somtehging like a dispute of an entry on a credit report....I ll bet there are tons of things that we have never heard of as well......

Hi Jack. Welcome

And yes.....reading was exactly how I learned. I stayed up many nights looking through laws and forums. It's honestly not as hard as it first seems.

Good luck and let us know if you have any questions!

here is the question:

Trans union did not delete any inquires they only wrote back with the detailed information of credit requestors..... Now , should i contact all these credititors seperately to verify inquires and then if they dont or cant i send that to credit agencies. For example , i send cert. mail to a creditor, lets say they dont respond at all, can i send a copy of that letter to transunion and have the inquiry removed????
Hope it makes sens, thanks in advance.....

If you've disputed inquiries and they came back verified.....or not deleted, then yes, send a non PP letter to the creditor or CA that pulled your CR.

Then the creditor will need to provide proof that they were authorized to pull your CR. If they can't, they must delete it.
One thing to keep in mind is if they have an acct (cc acct, collection acct, etc) on you, then that would be considered permissible purpose.

thank you,
what if the creditor does not respond back, what is my next step? Can i just go back to TR.UNion and ask them to remove because the creditor didnt not respond(in this case did not verify the information, or didnot comply with the law).?
