Thumbs up credit report reporting?

Its my understanding that when you dispute either online or written the ca and the oc have to verify it with you before reporting it to the cra?Had to have the paramedics out last night had another asthma attack, didn't have to go to the hospital they wanted me to go,but i fought them off,so if you smoke don't that's what caused all my health problems, along with Chase,BOA,First pre:emier etc.I'm OK now.

Wow jj. Sorry to hear that. Glad you are doing ok.

One thing to note about what you said......the OCs do not have to respond.. So that's why the 1 2 punch only works on CAs.

The OCs abide by the FCBA which is different... so they are not "bound" by law to verify the acct with you like the CAs are (although it is in their best interest because if they ignore us enough on top of inaccurate reporting, it could end up with them paying for their mistakes).

The one thing I'm sure of is the ca's will screw up if disputed enough,i always hold the best dispute back then hammer them, yeah i know but like with chase they did.
