Ok.....sorry this has taken a while.
Wow, well I looked up a couple of these and cannot find that they have a license. Interesting. Are any of these currently attempting to collect from you (getting letters or phone calls)?

What I would do is call up the Dept of Labor (where they have to get a license) and see if someone can look these up for you. Tell them you checked online and you are not coming up with anything.
If they are not licensed......then by law, they cannot attempt to collect.

So, call them and see what they say and then let me know.

You know........you also may want to check this way:
I did a search by license type, entered in your state and it gives you a huge long list of EVERY CA. It may take a while but look through it that way to see if you can find a CA with a similar name (like I did find a couple of listings that began with Allied - it may be them).

I have been dispute with cap1 for a very long time and I just got something in the mail yesterday that says one of the accounts for $1200 is being deleted from Experian, Equifax, trans and innovis? Whats innovis?

Well, either way I’m glad its being removed!  waiting for a few of the others now to be removed.

Innovis is a 4th CRA.....but they don't seem to be as "popular" with the creditors as the big 3.

You could....
I believe you can get a report from them just like the others......I've never tried though. Just never seemed very important because not too many creditors use them for credit checks.

okay. I got another letter today....i sent a request to cap1 asking them to remove me as the authorized user from my husbands accounts.

they replied...

"Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request with the information you provided. So we can process your request, please fill out the form at the bottom of this letter. Send it, along with a copy of your previous correspondence, in the enclosed envelope to:

Cap1
Address

Please complete all the items on the form, even those you have previously provided. Once we receive this information, we will be able to proceed with your request.

We apologize for any inconvenience. if you have any question, please give us a call blah blah"

then the form asks for:

Name
Address on file with cap1
Current address
Account number (full 16 digit which isn’t even in my credit file!)
Social
Date of birth
