Default re-investigation time limit

I am wondering if you get the no re-investigation letter or tagged frivolous, how long do they have before they have to investigate again. Pretty much I dont want to get tagged and I am wondering how long someone should wait?

thanks

If you get flagged as frivolous or get the "previously investigated" bs......you should wait at least 90 days before trying to dispute it again.

Default Re-investigate

I disputed 2 judgments & 2 medical bills from CA w/ TU & EXP. I disputed them as wrong info, no knowledge. I got the bs letter from EXP saying theyre verified but it only lists 3 accts. I got a revised CR from TU w/ updated info on all accts but 1 of the judgments isnt on the real courts records. They are all from before 2002. My questions are:
1) do I have to wait 90days to send another kind of letter for these accts?
2) I sent the letter to the courts asking how they verify, but what letter, if anything do I send to the medical accts, DV, right?
3) I have 4 other medical bills on my CR, all from before 2002 & w/ CA. Can I send them a DV letter now? or wait til im done w/ the others first?

So you only got results on 3 accts instead of 4? Is the 4th one still on your CR? Has it been the full 30 days since they got your dispute?

If you have accounts from before 2002 they are past the reporting SOL (7 years) so you should dispute them as obsolete. They shouldn't even be on there.
See above in red.

Yeah, you can try calling them. If you don't get any resolution there......you should file complaints. FTC, BBB, AG......whoever you can. Then send copies of those complaints along with a VERY strongly worded letter to their legal dept.

This is BS. You have given them everything they need. Is there a fraud alert on your CR? Even if.......I can't understand why they are making this SO difficult. Make sure and keep ALL of your paperwork together and keep good records. You will need it for this. I know you're frustrated but hang in there.
They are the ones that are wrong here. You should be able to get someone's attention in the legal dept.

In the meantime.......read up on the FCRA. You may just have a lawsuit on your hands.

Default Dispute verified

I just typed for an hour & when I tried to submit my reply I wasnt logged in & I lost evrything. So, Ill mak this short.

The answer from EXP just had only 3 of the disputes listed. The other medical acct wasnt on there but is still on my CR. 4/17/09 was the 30 days.

TU's response was that all 4 of the acct had been updated. The 2 judgements had different amts but I cant find whats different about the the 2 medical acct.

There was 1 acct I also disputed as obsolete. It was a $66 Verizon bill from 1999 & it was an ex-boyfriends. TU removed it. EXP didnt. Nor said anything about it

I got a response back from the courts & it was a computer print out of my judgments(not the 1 on CR). Is this how they verify it w/ CRA's? Or can I just write the letter to the CRA & just say that dont verify acct over the phone?

Oh, & I have True credit. They have not sent me an alert or are they showing any changing on my CR. Do I have to update it?

Im sort of lost on what letter to send now. Thank you so much for your
