File an FTC complaint and then redispute the acct along with a copy of your FTC complaint. That is a BIG no no!

TU's response was that all 4 of the acct had been updated. The 2 judgements had different amts but I cant find whats different about the the 2 medical acct. More than likely they verified them as accurate - I've had them send me that response before.

There was 1 acct I also disputed as obsolete. It was a $66 Verizon bill from 1999 & it was an ex-boyfriends. TU removed it. EXP didnt. Nor said anything about it Was this dispute at the same time as the other disputes above?? I'm confused.......did you have 2 separate disputes going on?

I got a response back from the courts & it was a computer print out of my judgments(not the 1 on CR). Is this how they verify it w/ CRA's? Or can I just write the letter to the CRA & just say that dont verify acct over the phone? Is that what they sent you in response to your letter asking if they verify accts with the CRAs? (omg these people! :rolleyes: ) If so.......that's not what you were asking for. You need to send them another letter.......maybe bold the part that asks what their procedures are.

Oh, & I have True credit. They have not sent me an alert or are they showing any changing on my CR. Do I have to update it?

That used to happen to me when I didn't check the box next to the login (so that you stay logged in). If you get that error again, just try the back arrow button on your browser.......a lot of times the info is still there.

See above in red.... please let me know about the Ex investigations.. because if you had 2 going on at the same time, that may be why they are taking so long to send you the results on those two accts.
(just to make sure)......these were all done by regular mail right?

No, Im sorry. All of the accts were on 1 letter. I just forgot I added the obsolete thing on there. The letter said I have no knowledge of these accts for this date, amt, court, etc. Please verify. Then at the end I added & please delete this acct as its obsolete. All on 1 letter, the only letter Ive ever sent. A yr ago I disputed some accts online but they came back as verified & it was before I knew of your site.

As for True credit. Since I ordered the service, Its been the same CR every time I login. On the right hand side it says to update report. When I click it it asks my permission to access EXP& EQU, then it brings up another report but I cant find any differences. Im looking it over again. I'll be back. Thanks again

Ah......ok. Well, if there are 2 accts that did not even get addressed in your dispute, then you should file separate FTC complaints on both of them. Then redispute along with a copy of your FTC complaint.

For TC, you should be able to update your CRs every 24 hours (unless they don't allow daily pulls anymore - if they don't then I would find a different service) :confused:
Unless you have had absolutely NO change with your reports......you should see an updated report (check to make sure that the date has been updated - if so, you should be ok)

OK, This is whats going on now. As a recap,(mainly for me b/c I can barely keep it straight). 1 letter sent disputing Judgements 1 & 2, Meds w/CA 1 & 2, & Obsolete 1. All disputed as no knowledge of this acct w/ this date, at this court, for this amt, etc. No other info was given. 1 Letter sent out 3/16/09 CM to EXP & TU. EXP rec'd it on 3/24/09 & TU rec'd it on 3/23/09.

On 4/4/09 I got the BS letter from EXP - these are already verified.. check w/ OC, blah, blah, blah. But only Judgments 1 & 2, & Meds w/ CA 1 was listed.

Sent the letter to the courts - got back 2 print-outs of my judgments which are Judgment 2 & 3. Judgement 3 is no where on my CR & judgement 1 is nowhere in public records.

Got a letter from TU saying all 4 of the accts I disputed are updated & the obsolete one was deleted.

I compared CRs & the amts were changed on the judgments, cant find anything different on the Medical accts.

Just got my mail today - another letter from EXP saying the obsolete one was deleted & the 2nd medical 1 was being reviewed. the letter was dated 4/23/09. it directs me to experian.com/disputes to find out results of the acct being reviewed. This page (& i printed it out) says Investigation status as updated. I only noticed the dates filed are more current.

Ok, Im sending th courts another letter today. Now even though I just rec'd the 2nd EXP letter today, its dated 4/23/09, a day before the 30 days was up. Can I try to dispute that?

I think thats it. Sorry if its confusing . Ok so what letter do I send now?

I have 4 other medical accts in collections on my CR from 2002 or before & thats it. Thank You , Thank You , Thank You l

Truecredit does still allow you to see your credit report everyday but the information only changes every 30 days (if any)
