CRA not verifying properly

we recently moved and i recall always having a problem with the CRA's when i move. so i sent out my dispute with all 3 CRA's and also included a utility bill in my name, a copy of my license and social and all my identifying. well yesterday, i received a letter that says that they cannot conduct my dispute because they cannot verify my identity. what the hell!?! if it isnt me with all of this info, they shuold be freakin calling the cops! damn! what the hell do i do now?! are they just triyng to make this a harder process for me then it needs to be?!

If this were me, I would be tempted to call them up and ask them what exactly it is they want......a urine sample?....I mean, come on.... that's ridiculous. :mad:
