Oh.........ok...never even heard of them.
Mine was with Ford There are several big companies that have a tendency to do this.......so I was just curious.

When they talk about collateral.My understand would be that is car/truck/motorcycle/snowmobile etc.So if you bought one of those on a credit card could that be considered a collateral account.Anyway on this thread i think it would release her from receiving a 10-99,because it could be considered a illegal sale?

ok so i ran a car fax on the car......question, what am i looking for on carfax?

You should be able to see all of the info on the car. That should have the date of the resale and how it was sold (public, private) and possibly who it was sold to.
This gives you proof of the date of resale. You need to put that date in your repo deficiency dispute letter to the OC and the car dealership (and CA if there is one involved but I was thinking you were only dealing with the OC).
