No, they should not be able to do that.
They told you that you were approved for the Orchard secured right?.......then no, they can't transfer payment to another account.

yes that is the card i applied for. but i havent received any confirmation other then my check has been cashed. also i did do the online application and printed it and sent that with my check.

I wouldn't worry.......it can take them a while if I recall correctly.
You could always call them up and ask how soon you will get your card.

Funny you should say that..I actually just hung up with them. They said that they couldn’t locate my application but it could take up to 10 days for it to be updated and put into the system. So…now I wait…they told me I could check again Monday. I just don’t like that they cashed my check and cant find my app. Fishy.

I remember thinking their process was weird too........but then again I had no clue because I had never gotten a secured card before. I do remember it taking a while. So......try to sit tight........I'm sure it will be fine and you will get your card eventually.
