Default oc reporting

I have 4 cc accounts 3 with cap 1,1 with first premier.that are reporting
1.closed due to inactivity, collateral

2.collateral.I thought cc were unsecured so there were no collateral involved also no mention of a credit repair program nor that they had me on a hardship program.Any thoughts on this.

Hmm......yeah, I've honestly never seen a TL reported like that but I would assume it means secured.

If that's not the case then you should definitely dispute that.

Yeah, I would think you could just dispute the account status.....(I would guess that's where the collateral notation was, right?)

Maybe dispute by specifying which "area" of the reporting is incorrect.......but being a little vague at the same time. Does that make sense?

Like I've disputed the "Terms: 1 month" thing but never specified what was inaccurate or why. I just said "terms being reported are incorrect, please investigate this".
