If they are positive you'll want to leave them on. Are the derogatory?

Remember paid is better then non-paid even though it was negative but it shows that you stood up to your obligation and took care of it.Just my opinion.

Actually.......a paid CO is no better than an unpaid CO - scorewise.
The ONLY time that a paid CO will look better is when you are applying for a home loan and the potential lenders are looking at your CR.

If you want it to improve your score.......it needs to be marked PAID IN FULL.......or at least just PAID......with NO notation of a CO. If you can't get that, then you might as well try to get it deleted.

I'm not really understanding how to get it deleted. Can you tell me the process please?

You need to look at the way it's reporting and find ANY inaccuracies. Then you dispute it with the CRAs by certified mail. A handwritten dispute if possible.

Have you opted out and updated all of your personal info with the CRAs?
That is honestly the first step before you start disputing any TLs.
