Default Score increase

What type of increase could be expected when a Bankruptcy comes off your credit? Mine is due to be deleted in 3 months :D

That with all the other crap that is old will fall off in less than a year and a half. Man I cant wait. I will continue to dispute them and hope to knock off a few but patience is a virtue I guess

And one more question I have a account from Netflix that when I canceled they tried to debit my old account one more time but it was closed and I was with a new bank. Tried to get it resolved with them and they sent it to CERTEGY as a returned check. It was not and I asked CERTEGY what check number and they could not find one well duh it was a debit. So I paid the 19 dollars and they reported it as returned check collection paid in full. Its been 5 years is it true that checks only report 5 years as telecheck and the other one only keep records and report for 5 years. Should it be removed as obsolete?

Default

They can only report it for 5 years on your telecheck/chexsystems CR. For your regular credit reports it's still 7 years. You should definitely go ahead and dispute that that as obsolete though. It's so old and for such a small amount.

That's great news that you've got some things dropping off soon! ESPECIALLY that BK.
I have no idea how much of a point increase you will see......but you might try the FICO Score Estimator. It seems to be pretty accurate.
