This acocunt has obviously went to a CA, of which we have settled with, prior to knowing about PFD... Is there any way we can dispute with the CRA's to get this taken off?

I know it looks like I triple posted everything, but those are all for the 3 CRA's

No, the same company can't report a debt twice. You should dispute them both as duplicate entries.

At least one of them will drop.
