credit repair company had wrong address

I wanted to get your advice. I have a charge off placed on my credit last week, by neiman marcus for 23.00 which turned into 139 with late fees. I never received any bills because I moved and now the CA has the debt. I have offered to pay everything if they removed the charge off but the CA refused and Neiman marcus tells me they can do nothing because the charge is with the CA. I have no paid anything as of today.

If they are not willing to remove it, don't pay it. Write them a formal pay for delete with your offer and let them know you won't be paying it unless they agree to remove it in writing.

You can also try disputing it with the CRAs, some may remove it but, the CA will probably verify it when the CRA contacts them.
