MAF Collection Accounts

So basically all the answers to the disputes came back in one day, no more Lexington cant pay them the $100 a month they want anymore, besides nothing has come off with the almost 4-5 months ive had them. So anyway. The only one that I really want to look at first the response from the MAF collections services. I tried to scan the letter but it didn’t work >,< , this is what the letter says.


“Please see items referenced below:


“Per your request, proof of debt is enclosed”

AND THEN on the second page the have like this table looking thing with I guess a posted date, provider, voucher, my name and a description of what was done at the hospital with the amount and the balance. To me it looks like both services were $146 which comes up to $292. But I have two accounts in collection with MAF and one if for 146 and one if for 292, man idk, pls help

I believe hippa law was violated by discussing your treatment however you might check with trish or chane

Did Lexington REALLY charge you $100 per month? If so, I'm going to contact them immediately, because their highest program is $79 for Concord Premier. Their lowest is $39.

I can even get a representative from Lexington Law to reply to this post and maybe even a refund.

Can you provide me with a scan of the bill or credit card statement (with private information blacked out, of course)?

Also, are you SURE you've been with them for 4-5 months and NOTHING has come off?

It's very important that we don't spread misinformation about them (or anything for that matter) like other forums do. Information at this forum is permanent and may possibly be seen by thousands of consumers looking for help with their credit. It can be extremely hurtful to other consumers that are thinking about hiring them.

Even exaggerations can be harmful - so make sure you give us the exact numbers. $79 is not $100, even $99 is not $100.

I'm not calling you a liar, but I've never heard of them charging anyone $100 per month and I've never heard of NOTHING coming off after 4-5 months.

However, if you what you are saying is true, we need to get it taken care and we need to let others know about it as well.
