Disputed Info on My Credit Reports

I disputed info on my CR with EX, TU and EQ. (CO and late pmts on a visa) They all updated, but didn't fix what I had hoped for. The original creditor was a credit union visa card. I want to write a letter to the credit union to see if I can get anywhere with them. I have their address, but I'm not sure who to address it to. (credit dept., credit manager, to whom it may concern, etc?) I just want to make sure it gets to the right person and not tossed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Address it to the manager cc the credit manager,and the collections department.
