Default please help a newbie

thanks in advance, i was going through tough times in 2000
and wasnt able to pay a capital one credit cardl , i just checked my credit report and it is still listed . my question is shouldnt it be deleted after 7 years . heres how it looks n the credit report

when was your last payment just dispute it with cap one.thendispute with cra's

I would just dispute the last payment...This should take care of everything.
