Default Important question

I sent my letters to the CA's. I have not recieved anything back from them yet and it has been almost 16 days which is good news. My question is I didn't send them CRRR or anything I just put a stamp on them and dropped the in a mail box so I don't have a date that they recieved them or anything. What should I do? I just dropped them in the mail box because sending them CRRR is so expensive from my location, I did date the letter though from the day that I sent it out.

My question is what do I do if they don't send me a validation letter in return since i can't prove that they recieved it and which date they recieved it?

Hope to hear back about this ASAP so I can take my next step to helping my credit report.

Without sending it CRRR, you don't really have any proof. You should be disputing them with the CRAs at the same time. Have you done that?

Yes sir, 1 week later after the letters were sent I sent it to the CRA's. I suppose I will just have to send them all again CRRR if they don't respond back this time. Well I made a mistake this time but next time you better believe that won't happen again. I mean it was sent on the 5th which means it was post dated for the 6th. Do you think they will send the validation or do you think they will just brush it off.

It's hard to say what they will do. Just give them their 30 days and be persistent with them and the CRAs.

Roger that, I will do that. I guess if they don't send it back I will send it again CRRR and if they don't return that one at least then I have proof that they didn't validate with a date which will help me a lot I believe.

They can refused the letter and then what, you still have proof that it was sent,so if it's refused save it unopen if you go to court and have the court open it/

Yes send the dispute if they refuse it then you will get it back with a postmark so when they do sue you you have proof that you sent it.leave it sealed so when and if it goe's to court the judge can open it as proof you were trying to work with them.I did the same post on another forum and it was understood, your starting to sound like a collector lol lol
