Let's face it. These are for profit entities being paid by the same for profit entities who you owe money to or claim to owe money to. This in my estimation is collusion and make no mistake about it they are in cahoots.

I truly hope that consumers DO NOT believe that the Credit Reporting Agencies are their friends. There are laws out there such as the FCRA, FDCPA and individual State laws that protect the consumer rights. Consumers need to become familiar with those laws in order to fight the CRA's, CA/JDB's and even OC's.
