Default Employment Application

I was turned down for a job interview because of charge offs on my credit report. Is preparing to become employable any different from trying to get new credit? I am not interested in a loan but would like to be able to interview.

How are charge offs removed? I notice that the information on this site does not cover this but only leads to the Lexington Law site.

I'm sorry to hear that. No, preparing to become employable is not any different from trying to get new credit. It's all about your credit report.

Charge offs are mainly removed by disputing them with the credit bureaus, but there are other ways to do it.

The site leads to Lexington Law because they remove charge offs from your credit report for a great price. It sounds like you can't afford NOT to hire them.

Would I use the Lexington Regular, Concord Standard, or Concord Premier to become employable?

Go with whatever you feel like you can afford. It's extremely important to have good credit nowadays. It affects our insurance rates, employment, the rates we pay...everything. It can end up saving your thousands of dollars.

So all three levels of service will remove charge offs? And I should pay as much as I can afford?

How many months will I need to pay the monthly charge?

Yes. You can give them a call and they can help you pick which package is best for you.

As far as the monthly charge, it depends on how bad your credit is and how clean you want it. Most people only need 3-6 months. Some more, some less.
