Default Experian Problems?

Before you respond with "dispute online" - understand that this problem is past that point. I received my credit report from all three agencies & once again, Experian has a discrepancy that was resolved in 2004 still showing. When the discrepancy was resolved, I provided each agency with copies of documentation. Two agencies took care of the discrepancy. Experian has not. I disputed online. They "investigated"& came back w/ no change. Once you dispute once, it is not allowed to dispute online again. Believe me, I tried! I contacted the company connected to the discrepancy & confirmed that it had been resolved in 2004.I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission online. I provided all the same information, including my contact person (who was still my contact person three years later!) that I had provided to Experian. Now I would like to mail Experian a letter & provide, once again, the documentation, certified of course. Yet, there is no consumer address listed. Anyone??

Default

I had a similiar problem a few years ago, long story short, I kept calling and being transferred to different people, eventually they transferred me to their chicago office where one of the employees accidentally gave me the vp's cell number. He called me back after I left several voice mails and cleared everything up instantly. I would just keep calling until you get someone who can help you, but be really nice, it helps, and also, plan to spend the entire day calling, I did.
