Default Credit Card Fraud Denied!

Recently, BOA called me and said I got a credit card and I havn't paid the money. However, I didn't receive any credit card. In fact, I didn't know I will have one because when I applied credit card I was a student. They said due to I don't have any income, so they can't give me credit card. And I moved to LA(I lived in KS before). Therefore, I try to explain my situation to them and told them I never received it and used it . They said they will investigate and they already closed the account. However, last Friday they said my account fraud has been denied. And they want me pay the money. What should I do?

DO NOT PAY! You call them and request a copy of the approved application of said credit card, the closed account, and any other valid written/photo information they have. (including your signature)Explain that you intend to seek legal advice concerning this matter since you never had a credit card and have been denied credit because of 'lack of income'. If it is a fraud, it will stop. If it's not, then demand that they investigate this further or you will sue them.
