Default Disputing Items with All 3 Credit Bureaus
If I dispute something on my Equifax credit report do I have to do the same with Experian, and Trans Union?

No, you don't have to. If it is a negative mark reporting on all 3, I don't see why you wouldn't want to.

If it showing up on the other 2 , yes , you should dispute it....Not all companies report to all...

Only if the disputed items are listed on the other 2 major credit reporting agencies. There is no need to dispute it if it is not being reported. Hope this was helpful and good luck.
