Removing Old Medical Bills

I have posted here before and you all have been really helpful. I had some more questions hoping I could get a little more help.

Bottom Line: I have 3 medical collection reporting on my CR that are from 2007 that I settled in 2009 and I want to get them removed. ($4k I settled for $2k)

I wished I had seen this site before I had paid them, because I would have done a pay for delete. I also have already didputed them, and they were verified from all three CRAs. I call the CA and OC every few months to see if my acct is still in on their records and to see if they will help me out and delete. They have the accounts still and won't delete.

-I paid the OC not the CA, does that make a difference?
-Will a 1 2 punch work for the CA now that it is paid off?
-Are they past their statute of limitations? (FL resident, OC - FL, and CA - FL)
