Hi Everyone The judgment was vacated because of not being served properly. I was aware they were going to summons me to answer a complaint once the judgment was vacated. I want to know what is the next step in answering the complaint. Does anyone have an example of what the answer should look like. I reside in Rockland County New York. Thanks, Any advice would be greatly appreciated. |

If the judgment was dismissal without prejudice, it allows for re-filing of the case in the future. It infers no prejudice to the plaintiff when pursuing renewed civil action.

Thanks for answer. I knew the summons was going to be reissued. What is the next step in answering the CA. I have no info on the credit card. Is there a from letter or what should I be requesting from the CA. Thanks |

Not that I'm trying to take traffic away from this site but www dot creditinfocenter dot com has a legal forum with tons of examples on how to respond, request discovery, file motions for dismissal, motions for disclosure etc. I think you may wanna check it out
