Need a quick piece of advice

So I disputed a utility bill that a CA put on my experian report in 09/2010. Now, I disputed it as "not mine". the results came back after about a week and the results are "remains", now the fun part... i filed BK about 2 years ago, chap 7 discharge, a.... so the utility bill that was added to my cbr in 09/2010 now reflects IIB 2008... complete BS.. so my question is, did experian half ass their investigation, or did someone at the CA screw up, because im pretty pissed and need advice n my next steps. h and by the way, the OC (National Grid) put it n my CBR, i disputed that and it was removed instantly. then the CA slap it on there.

Send in copies of your bankruptcy to the CB. Also write too the CA and tell them they are trying to collect on a debt that was in bankruptcy and that you will sue them.

That is the worst possible advice you can give anyone. NEVER EVER SEND YOUR BANKRUPTCY TO THE CRAs!!! It will make sure that you never ever get any of the accounts "included in bankruptcy" removed or the bankruptcy itself removed, because you just provided proof to the CRAs that they belong there.
